To use our services, you must be aged 18 or over and a resident of the United Kingdom. You must complete an honest and accurate medical questionnaire prior to any consultation or prescription. We reserve the right to refuse service if we determine that treatment is not clinically appropriate for you.

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete medical information. Providing false or misleading information may result in an unsuitable prescription and could pose a risk to your health. We accept no liability for harm arising from inaccurate information submitted by the patient.

Once your order has been reviewed and approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales thereafter are subject to the performance of our courier partners and cannot be guaranteed.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, temperature-appropriate packaging. You are responsible for ensuring a safe and suitable delivery address is provided. We cannot be held liable for delays caused by incorrect address details or failed delivery attempts outside our control.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved and dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. Once a prescription has been approved and the medication dispensed, we are unable to offer a refund, as prescription medications cannot be resold or returned under UK pharmacy regulations.
If your order is declined by our pharmacist on clinical grounds, a full refund will be issued within 5 to 10 working days. Refunds for eligible cancellations will be returned to your original payment method.
The information and services provided by Pharmacy Weight Loss Howden are intended to support, not replace, the advice of your GP or primary healthcare provider. Weight loss medications carry risks and may not be suitable for everyone. Always inform your GP of any medications prescribed through our service.
